In WKO, activists are asking for humanitarian aid for flood victims not to be distributed through the akimat.
According to press.kz, in one village, the akimat was accused of, after receiving humanitarian aid in the form of food and goods, stacking everything in a warehouse and locking it up.
The video shows a man arguing with a possible representative of the akimat. During the discussion to clarify the situation, the official could not clearly explain why the humanitarian aid was being stored.
In turn, volunteers are asking Kazakh citizens to pass humanitarian aid to coordinators of the Red Crescent society.
