For reference: a design code is a clear and comprehensible set of rules for the design and planning of a city. It sets out recommendations for creating and placing signs and advertising structures, retail outlets and entrance groups of premises, navigation, street furniture, etc.

The announcement was published on 16 August. The preliminary deadline for the start of accepting applications will begin on 23 August and end on 7 September.

Notably, in the qualification requirements imposed on the potential supplier, nothing is specified

Let us also note that the development of an architectural design code for Petropavlovsk was discussed back in April of last year by the then city mayor, Ruslan Anbayev

Admittedly, at that time the sum in question was 81 million tenge. It was allegedly approved at an extraordinary session of the city maslikhat.
