A major fire broke out on the territory of the Khorgos International Centre for Cross-Border Cooperation, resulting in the destruction of 17 Kazakhstani lorries. The document establishes the procedure for examining complaints, and also regulates the procedures for suspending activities and removing from the register. A key feature is the possibility of temporarily suspending the activities of a patent attorney already at the stage of receiving a complaint.
