The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan has stated that it did not receive apartments in the Esentai City residential complex in Almaty. The department reported that the property in question is not on the balance sheet of the internal affairs bodies and is not used for official purposes. The statement was made in response to a media inquiry following publications about the possible transfer of elite housing to law enforcement agencies.

The Inter-District Criminal Court of Astana has found the directors of two valuation companies not guilty of abuse of office. The court also issued private rulings addressed to the management of the Financial Monitoring Agency and the police of the Saryarka district of the capital. The acquitted individuals have been granted the right to rehabilitation and compensation for damages.

In Kyzylorda Region, a state procurement has been announced for services totalling 995 million tenge to prepare and support a football team's participation in the Kazakhstan championship. Meanwhile, the football club "Kaisar" was previously transferred into private hands. The procurement documents do not clarify why funding continues from the budget.

At the Specialised Centre No. 4 driving range in Shymkent, a candidate overturned a car during the practical driving test for a licence. The injured person was given first aid and an ambulance was called. Their condition is assessed as satisfactory. The examination process continued as normal.
