WHAT HAPPENED
According to ERG Service LLP, the accident occurred on 19 June 2026 in the electric steelmaking shop of the Repair and Mechanical Metal-Rolling Plant.
The deceased was working as a charge handler and was carrying out work on the steelmaking furnace.
The incident was reported to state authorities. An investigation has now been launched.
