In the Abai region, an investor implementing an agro-industrial cluster project was able to continue work after the removal of administrative obstacles related to the registration of land plots. Previously, authorised state bodies had unjustifiably refused to grant them.
REASON FOR INTERVENTION
The inspection was carried out by the prosecutor's office of the Abai region in coordination with the committee for the protection of investors' rights. During the inspection, it was established that the investor had been unjustifiably refused the registration of land plots necessary for the project's implementation.

After the intervention of the prosecutor's office the administrative barriers were removed, allowing the investor to continue implementing the project. According to the supervisory body, the responsible officials were held accountable.
