A 7-year-old citizen of Kazakhstan has been returned to her homeland from Georgia after several months of diplomatic and organisational work. The procedure for handing over the child took place with the involvement of state bodies from both countries and was accompanied by the preparation of necessary documents and legal support.

HOW THE RETURN PROCEDURE UNFOLDED

According to the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the child's return was the result of joint work between the department and the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Georgia.

Organising the girl's transfer took approximately six months. During this time, the parties held negotiations through diplomatic channels, established cooperation with the competent authorities of Georgia, and prepared the necessary documents for the child's lawful return.

In addition, the procedure was supported by legal assistance, which ensured compliance with legislative requirements and international procedures.

THE CHILD'S CURRENT CONDITION

After returning to the country, the girl is in safe conditions. She is receiving the necessary psychological support.

Work is also ongoing towards the child's further family placement. As the department clarified, this process is being carried out in accordance with legal requirements and with consideration for the best interests of the child.

The official information emphasises that the girl's personal data, the circumstances of her situation, and other details are not subject to disclosure.
