MOTHER SPOKE OF SUSPICIONS AFTER CONVERSATION WITH DAUGHTER
On her page, human rights defender Lyazzat Rakisheva on Threads published the story of a woman who claims that her two-year-old daughter may have been the victim of unlawful acts. According to the mother, she noticed unusual behaviour in the child on 19 February while bathing her.
The woman said that the girl was touching her intimate parts and, when asked who taught her to do that, replied: 'daddy taught me'. After that, the mother continued to question the child.
CHILD COMPLAINED OF PAIN
According to the woman, a few days later, when the child was placed on the potty, the girl began to cry and said it hurt. The post states that the child explained the pain by saying the father supposedly 'inserted a finger'.
After this, the mother decided to contact law enforcement authorities.
CONTACTING THE POLICE
The woman said she contacted the district police department. According to her, the statement was accepted on the second day after her report.
Later, the mother and child were referred to a crisis centre, where the girl was interviewed in the presence of a psychologist. The woman claims that during the conversation, the child repeated her statements about the father's actions.
INVESTIGATIVE ACTIONS ARE ONGOING
According to the author of the post, a lawyer is now working with the family, and the investigative authorities are carrying out the necessary procedural actions. Requests have been submitted for expert examinations.
The woman also stated that the case is being treated as closed, as it involves a child.
