In Ust-Kamenogorsk, police brought administrative charges against participants in a conflict on a bus, which arose after the alleged harassment of minors.
HOW THE ACTIONS OF THE PARTICIPANTS WERE CLASSIFIED
According to the Department of Police of the East Kazakhstan Region (DP EKR), the identities of all participants have been established, and they were taken to a police station.
Police reported that one of the men was held accountable for harassment in a public place. The second participant in the conflict — a young man — was charged with petty hooliganism after intervening in the situation and using physical force.
CONTEXT
Earlier, the FBRK reported on an incident on public transport in Ust-Kamenogorsk, linked to the alleged harassment of minors by a passenger. At that time, the DP EKR stated that they were identifying the participants and investigating the circumstances of what had happened.
