On the Samara – Shymkent highway, near the village of Podstepnoye in the Terektinsky District, a collision occurred between a scheduled coach and a school bus. As a result of the accident, people were injured, including minors.
HOW THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED
The Department of Police of the West Kazakhstan Region (DP WKR) reported that a notification of the road traffic accident was received by the duty unit of the Terektinsky District Police Department at 14:00.
According to preliminary information, the scheduled bus, travelling along the republican highway Samara – Shymkent in the village of Podstepnoye, crashed into the back of the school bus, which then, by inertia, collided with a Ford Galaxy car stopped ahead.
It was also reported that after the collision, the scheduled bus left the road and crashed into a pole. The causes of the accident are currently unknown.
ARE THERE ANY CASUALTIES
As a result of the road traffic accident, there are injured persons, including minors. Police officers and ambulance crews are working at the scene.
