The Prosecutor's Office of the Ulytau Region reported the return of land plots to state ownership that were not used for their intended purpose.
According to the press service of the department, a number of land users in the Zhanarqa District violated the requirements of the Land Code for an extended period, leaving the land unused.
By act of prosecutorial supervision, plots with a cadastral value of over 295 million tenge were returned to state ownership.
The Akimat noted that, in accordance with the President's Address, the returned land will be brought into economic circulation — primarily for transfer to active rural residents, as well as small and medium-sized businesses.
Recall that earlier, prosecutors of the Syrym District of the West Kazakhstan Region returned unused land plots covering an area of over 5,000 hectares with a cadastral value of more than 38 million tenge to state ownership.
