Employees of kindergartens in the Khromtau and Uil districts of the Aktobe region missed out on salary supplements that should have been paid to them from 2022 to 2024.
According to the press service of the regional prosecutor's office, salary supplements were not paid to 39 employees of one kindergarten in the city of Khromtau.
At the same time, 19 employees of this organisation who had disciplinary sanctions were awarded bonuses of more than 500 thousand tenge.
"Facts have been established of bonus payments in various amounts, where 36 employees received a two-month salary ranging from 250,000 to 450,000 tenge, and the remaining 47 received between 50,000 and 70,000 tenge," the statement says.
In addition, in the Uil district, 33 employees were not paid overtime supplements. The amount of debt exceeded 3 million tenge.
"The measures taken by the prosecutor's oversight restored the rights of these workers, and the guilty officials were brought to administrative and disciplinary responsibility," the statement says.
Recall that earlier it was reported that more than twenty teachers in the Zhetysu region had not received their entitled salary supplements for two years. The total amount of unpaid funds exceeded 11 million tenge.
