According to the Telegram channel "DATA HUB", the monthly rate of apartment commissioning in the capital decreased by 55% (2.2 thousand units), and the annual rate by 40% (1.2 thousand units). It is reported that this resulted in a one-and-a-half-year low.
It also emerged that the current share of the capital in total commissioning stands at 25%. Meanwhile, a month earlier it was 49%, and a year earlier – 46%.
"However, it's not all that bad. In the first four months of 2024, apartment commissioning in the capital was intensive (an average of 3.8 thousand units per month). Thanks to this, the January-May period saw a solid annual growth of 19% (2.7 thousand units) to 17 thousand units." - the statement says.
At the same time, it is reported that last month in Almaty, 2.6 thousand apartments were put into operation - the same as in April.
"However, compared to May 2023, there is a six-fold increase, which is due to the low base. The southern metropolis's share of total commissioning is 37%," analysts reported.
