A business forum titled 'Protecting Business' was held in Atyrau, conducted by the Prosecutor of the Atyrau Region, Madiyar Bashybaev, as part of implementing the ideology 'Law and Order'. Participants discussed systemic issues in the entrepreneurial environment and summarised the results of the prosecutor's office's work in protecting businesses: during the reporting period, the rights of more than 15,500 entrepreneurs and 12 investors were restored.

The event served as a platform for open dialogue between business representatives and supervisory authorities. The focus was on key problems in entrepreneurial activity: administrative barriers, unlawful inspections, and pressure from certain state bodies. Investors had the opportunity to present their projects and raise issues requiring immediate resolution.

According to information from the Prosecutor's Office of the Atyrau Region, as part of implementing the instruction of the country's Prosecutor General, the department carried out extensive work to protect business rights. 62 illegal acts by state bodies were annulled, and two illegal inspections were prevented. 300 officials were held accountable for violations.

Event participants received free legal advice on issues of concern to them. Particular attention was paid to building effective cooperation between state bodies and the business community. Following the discussions, specific measures for further constructive dialogue were developed.

The regional prosecutor's office will continue its systematic work to protect the rights of entrepreneurs and create transparent conditions for business development in the region. Such interaction formats are designed to reduce administrative pressure on businesses and contribute to forming a favourable investment climate in the Atyrau Region.
