The price of the former market of Satybaldy's son has been reduced by 2 billion tenge

The "Baisat" market, which belonged to Bauyrzhan Nursultan — son of Kairat Satybaldy — will be put up for sale again at a reduced price. The previously announced auction did not take place due to a lack of bids.

According to Ulysmedia.kz, the market was initially valued at 28,639,882,000 tenge, but the new price is now 26,706,317,643 tenge

It is worth recalling that in January last year, the Specialised Inter-District Economic Court of Almaty declared invalid all transactions involving the property of the "Holding Almaty zhylu" complex (now the "Baisat" market).

The court confirmed the facts of the unlawful sale of the complex, which included the use of an outdated property valuation report from four years prior, the absence of a mandatory condition to preserve the business profile, and non-compliance with the contractual terms prohibiting alienation.

As reported, three properties with a total area of 4,221.4 m² and a land plot of 1.4 hectares were owned by affiliated companies KazGerStroy Joint Venture LLP and Astana Financial Group LLP, which belong to Bauyrzhan Nursultan.
