Management remuneration at Samruk-Kazyna amounted to 7.7 billion tenge for the 2024 financial year

Key managers of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna" National Welfare Fund and its subsidiary companies received 7.7 billion tenge in remuneration for the 2024 financial year.

According to the Telegram channel "Chinovnik", the national welfare fund "Samruk-Kazyna" and its subsidiary organisations allocated 7.687 billion tenge for key management personnel remuneration in 2024. This is stated in the independent auditor's report published on the website of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).

The amount includes payments to members of boards of directors and management boards, as well as to other managers. The remuneration consists of salaries stipulated in contracts, as well as additional payments dependent on the achievement of operational targets.

For comparison: in 2023, the comparable figure was 7.649 billion tenge.
The document also notes that the fund's total expenditure on wages, including social tax and contributions, amounted to 301.9 billion tenge in 2024, compared to 271.3 billion tenge the previous year.
