A video has appeared on social media showing an employee of Kazpost carelessly unloading parcels from a lorry, throwing them onto the tarmac.
According to the Telegram channel "Zlobnaya tateshka", the incident took place in Semey, with local residents sharing the footage.
In response, CMN reports that Kazpost has promised to punish those responsible.
"We express our deep regret regarding the incident involving one of our drivers, who was filmed mishandling customers' parcels. An internal investigation is currently underway, and those found responsible will be held accountable," a spokesperson for the agency said.
