The Prosecutor's Office of the Beineu district in the Mangystau region identified financial violations at the Kuyken kindergarten

According to the press service of the department, the director and accountant of the institution illegally transferred parents' contributions to their own accounts. As a result, the state suffered damages of more than 12 million tenge.

Ultimately, the court found the director guilty and sentenced him to 3.5 years of restricted freedom.

At the same time, the convicted person was ordered to pay a fine of 10 times the amount stolen (120 million tenge).

It is reported that the damage caused has been fully compensated.

Recall that in February, prosecutors in the Mangystau district of the Mangystau region identified the illegal receipt of 6.6 million tenge from the state budget by a private kindergarten for children who did not actually attend it. Ultimately, the director of the institution was sentenced to 3 years of restricted freedom.
