The Astana Prosecutor's Office identified a company that was distributing advertisements for the sale of apartments in a residential complex under construction without the appropriate permission.
According to the press service of the department, in May 2024 an administrative case was opened against LLP «Asyl-Nur Qyrylys» and a fine was imposed.
Despite this, the company continued to illegally attract funds from citizens by placing advertisements for the sale of apartments. In November, the enterprise was again subjected to an administrative fine. Furthermore, the court banned the placement of advertising by this organisation. Similar lawsuits were filed against five other construction companies.
It became known that in 2024, 62 construction companies were brought to administrative responsibility for various violations, 15 of which were repeat offenders. Since the beginning of this year, six developers have been punished for similar violations.
Recall that in January it was reported that in Almaty, the directors of an LLP were suspected of embezzling 2.5 billion tenge of shareholders' funds. Four suspects did not have the right to build residential complexes or to attract shareholders' funds. 312 people were recognised as victims in the case.
