According to the press service of the Astana Prosecutor's Office, 150 people, with debts on child support payments totalling 350 million tenge, were engaging in gambling.

For example, one of them, using the services of a bookmaker, participated in gambling with a personal turnover of up to 80 million tenge. Meanwhile, his debt for child support payments amounted to 2.5 million tenge.

"Following a supervision report from the Prosecutor's Office, private bailiffs have imposed bans on participation in gambling for 150 debtors. This new type of restriction will prevent debtors from wasting their funds," the statement said.

It should be recalled that earlier, Majilis deputy Magerram Magerramov proposed the creation of a State Child Support Fund, which would be financed by those who evade child support payments.
