Near the village of Kyzyltal, Burlinsky District in the West Kazakhstan Region, local residents discovered the wreckage of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The Ministry of Defence confirmed that a UAV of unknown origin had exploded.

According to Informburo.kz, the wreckage was found in a remote area, far from any settlements. No casualties or material damage have been reported.
As reported on the Instagram account "Typical Aksai", eyewitnesses noticed a crater from the impact and scattered metal parts at the site during the first half of the day.
According to residents, these included fragments of the engine, blades, parts of the casing, and a fuselage with a warning inscription.

"Together with the authorised state bodies, verification measures are being carried out aimed at establishing the circumstances of the incident and the origin of the object," the Ministry of Defence reported.
The department also noted that additional measures have been taken to strengthen control over airspace and prevent the unauthorised crossing of the state border by airborne objects.

"Consultations are underway with foreign partners to whom these devices may potentially belong," the Ministry of Defence added.
