Head of the Digital Asset Administration Department of the State Revenue Committee (SRC) Talgat Adilov announced the introduction of a practice of blocking internet platforms whose operators fail to fulfil their value-added tax (VAT) payment obligations. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (MIA) reported 158 identified drug offences in the first 10 days of February. 48 cases of drug sales were stopped, two laboratories were shut down, and nearly 20 kg of drugs and 1.7 tonnes of precursors were seized.
