Ministry of Ecology allowed hunters to take the carcasses of killed saiga

Submitted by Вера Александрова on
In Kazakhstan, a campaign to "regulate the population" of saiga antelopes has officially begun, which could result in the destruction of 800,000 steppe antelopes. The Ministry of Ecology has clarified that the carcasses of the killed animals will belong to the hunters, and the authorities have already initiated the process of establishing meat-processing plants to handle the meat of these rare animals, with plans to announce its price in the near future.
