A resident of Uralsk noticed a post from the city education department containing numerous errors in the text. The safety guide for children was soon removed, with the department explaining it was a technical error.
WHAT WAS FOUND IN THE POST
According to the publication "My City", a resident of Uralsk named Galina contacted the editorial office. She said that a link to a guide on safety rules for children, posted on the Instagram account of the education department, was sent to the parents' school chat.
According to Galina, after opening the post, the text contained numerous grammatical and stylistic errors.
"It seems like a simple text, simple words. How can so many mistakes be made? This is the city education department! What can we expect from students and ordinary teachers if such people are in the controlling body?" she remarked.
She also suggested that the material might have been created using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, but stressed that even in that case, the post should have been reviewed before being published.
THE DEPARTMENT'S RESPONSE
As reported by the education department of the city of Uralsk, the post was removed about an hour after it was published.
"In the education department's post on the safety rules guide, individual grammatical and stylistic inaccuracies were identified. It was established that when the material was posted, a draft version of the poster was mistakenly published," the department reported.
