In the village of Almaly in the Sarkand district of the Zhetisu region, an eighth-grade pupil Muslim Berzhanuly has died. According to his mother Samal Mukhamadiyeva, the teenager received a fatal knife wound during a fight with his peers after the fifth lesson.
HOW THE CONFLICT DEVELOPED
According to the Telegram channel “HALYQSTAN”, the tragedy occurred on 7 October after the end of the fifth lesson, when the schoolchildren left the school and headed home.
According to Samal Mukhamadiyeva, one of the ninth-graders provoked the conflict and called Muslim out to settle matters. By that time the eighth-grader was already at home, but his peers kept ringing him and demanding that he come. During the conversations, the woman claims, insults were uttered.
Muslim returned to the meeting, after which a scuffle began between the teenagers. According to the mother of the deceased, during the fight one of the participants pulled out a knife and stabbed the schoolboy.
A classmate of the deceased is suspected of committing the crime.
WHAT THE MOTHER OF THE DECEASED IS DEMANDING
Samal Mukhamadiyeva insists that the investigation establish the circumstances not only of the attack itself, but also of the conflict that preceded it.
The woman demands to find out who initiated the quarrel, who called Muslim to the meeting and whether the other participants in the fight knew about the knife. In her opinion, the actions of everyone who could have been involved in what happened must receive a legal assessment.
