As reported by Kursiv, citing the Kostanay region prosecutor's office, the tragedy occurred on 26 October in the village of Kushmurun. The boy died from the head and body injuries he sustained.
Law enforcement officers detained the suspect on the same day. By court decision, he was remanded in custody.
