A company linked to the family of the former head of the presidential administration under Nursultan Nazarbayev, Aslan Musin, owns a flat in Vienna worth nearly €4.5 million. The property is located in the city centre and was one of the largest transactions in the area.

According to the Telegram channel “Exit to the Sea”, the property is located in the central district of Neubau on Mondscheingasse street. It is reported that the flat has an area of 413 m².

The transaction amount is estimated at nearly €4.5 million, equivalent to around 2.3 billion tenge at the 2024 exchange rate, when the purchase is said to have been completed.

The property is registered under the Austrian company Bazantner GmbH, and the flat is its sole asset.

The company is run by Sergei Kushenov, who is described as a long-time partner of the Musin family in foreign projects.

It is also reported that through a number of structures, the company is linked to the UNCIA fund, registered in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The fund is alleged to be connected to Aslan Musin's son, Sauranbek Musin, and his nephew Anuarbek.
