In the eGov Mobile app, digital family profiles will be created that take into account real income, expenses and the financial situation of households. To do this, the system will be integrated with the databases of government agencies, banks and credit bureaus.
WHAT WILL CHANGE
As reported by Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, Askarbek Yertayev at a Government meeting, the Ministry of Labour is updating the methodology for assessing household welfare and improving the digital family map.
The next stage will be the creation of digital household profiles within the eGov Mobile app. To achieve this, the system is planned to be integrated with the Ministry of Finance, banks and credit bureaus.
According to Askarbek Yertayev, this will make it possible to take into account the real income, expenses and financial situation of families.
WHY DIGITAL PROFILES ARE BEING CREATED
As the minister noted, the state has already updated the system for assessing the welfare of citizens. Government agencies have linked their information databases and set up automatic data exchange.
According to the head of the department, the new system will allow a shift from a categorical approach to a targeted assessment of actual need and the level of family well-being.
HOW THIS WILL AFFECT THE DISTRIBUTION OF SOCIAL SUPPORT
According to Askarbek Yertayev, the use of digital profiles should ensure a fairer and more efficient distribution of state resources.
The minister stated that this approach will allow state support measures to be directed towards those citizens who truly need it.
