Deputies of the Kurultai will interact with citizens through trips to the regions, personal receptions, meetings with work collectives and digital channels. Each deputy must make at least two trips to the regions during one session.
HOW DEPUTIES WILL WORK IN THE REGIONS
According to the words of the deputy chairman of the Kurultai Committee on Constitutional Legislation, the Judicial System and Law Enforcement Agencies, Konstantin Petrov, the Rules of Procedure of the Kurultai provide for at least two regional trips by each deputy during one session — from the beginning of September to the end of June.
Deputies are assigned to specific regions by party factions. The trips provide for personal receptions of citizens, meetings with work collectives and other public formats of interaction with the population.
APPEALS WILL ALSO BE COLLECTED IN DIGITAL FORMAT
In addition to in-person meetings, deputies will receive appeals through digital tools. The «Әділет» party has already created a portal where citizens' appeals received during pre-election campaigning are systematised.
According to Konstantin Petrov, the possibility of providing citizens with responses through this portal is being considered. The collected information is planned to be summarised by region, area of activity and the most pressing issues and passed on to deputies.
SOCIAL NETWORKS REMAIN A CHANNEL OF COMMUNICATION
Another way of contacting deputies remains their open pages on social networks. Konstantin Petrov noted that citizens are already using this channel for appeals, and deputies provide explanations on the questions received.
Thus, the presented feedback mechanism combines in-person formats — receptions and meetings — and digital channels.
HOW E-OTINISH WORKS
The universal mechanism of digital monitoring of appeals to deputies remains e-Otinish. Through the system, a citizen can track the progress of their appeal, including information about the person handling it, its redirection and the response received.
CONTEXT
Earlier it became known that deputies will not be able to use speeches at sessions and working platforms for personal and other appeals not related to deputy powers. At the same time, requirements for behaviour and the dissemination of information were established for parliamentarians.
