The car Mercedes-Benz S450, previously owned by the convicted Perizat Kairat, has been added to the list of assets subject to sale or transfer to the state. This decision is linked to the confiscation of assets following the entry into force of the court's verdict.
WHAT IS KNOWN ABOUT THE CAR
According to the Telegram channel Nege.Aqsha, the Astana Department of State Property and Privatisation has put up the Mercedes-Benz S450 with the licence plate 777KPK01. The car comes with a key fitted with a Pandora alarm system.
It is specified that the car is valued at 79.4 million tenge, and the possibility of its free transfer to state bodies is being considered.
CONTEXT
The court found Perizat Kairat guilty, sentencing her to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property. Her mother, Gaini Alashbayeva, received 7 years in prison.
The women were convicted for embezzling approximately 3.5 billion tenge collected under the guise of charity. According to the investigation, the money was used for personal needs.
Perizat Kairat also had other assets. In particular, in December 2024, the court authorised the seizure of Lexus LX-600 and Haval cars, as well as property in the residential complexes Akbulak Riviera, Highvill Ishim Gold, Kөk Zhaïlaou, Sensata Plaza and the Vela Village cottage community.
