Having spent less than a month in the role of head of the Baiganin District House of Culture in the Aktobe region, Manas Kosherbayev has been sacked again.
According to press.kz, the order for his dismissal was issued by the head of the district department for culture, language development, physical culture and sport.
Recall that the official previously gained notoriety thanks to a video in which, while serving as director of the House of Culture for the Visually Impaired in Aktobe, he committed an act of vandalism in the Ybykty Sai Gorge in Mangystau.
According to him, there was no malicious intent — he claimed he was trying to correct an obscene word. However, Kosherbayev later submitted a letter of resignation of his own volition and left his post.
Despite this, at the beginning of March he once again received a managerial position, taking over as head of the Baiganin District House of Culture.
