In the village of Zerenda in the Akmola Region, the director of the State Municipal Government Enterprise «Mädeniet Üıi», Azamat Temirgaliyev, has been suspended from his duties. The reason was complaints about his unethical behaviour, intimidation of staff, and creating an unhealthy atmosphere in the team.
Earlier, a post on the Instagram account «Nayza Kokshe» published an appeal from an anonymous person, which claimed that Temirgaliyev plays cards for money with his subordinates during working hours. Also, according to the author, he intimidated employees at a meeting.
«The manager speaks to employees without observing ethics, in a raised voice, and using foul language. People are tired of putting up with his mood. Resignations are happening,» the message states.
The author of the appeal notes that complaints about the director have been made repeatedly, but no action was taken for a long time.
Meanwhile, Kursiv.media, citing the Department of Culture and Language Development of the Zerenda District, reports that Temirgaliyev has been suspended from his duties as director of the House of Culture.
«An internal investigation will be conducted regarding the stated facts. As part of the inspection, all employees of the institution will be interviewed, and the results of the investigation will determine whether these facts exist or not. Based on the results of the inspection, appropriate measures will be taken in accordance with current legislation,» the department stated.
At the same time, positive comments also appeared under the critical publication. Some users consider the accusations to be slander, and Temirgaliyev himself to be a demanding and fair manager.
