"Samruk-Kazyna" transferred 1.3 trillion tenge to the state budget and social projects in 2024

JSC «Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund» has reported on the funds it directed to the state treasury this year.

According to the press service of the investment holding company, in 2024 the Fund allocated 1.3 trillion tenge to the government. This includes: 

  • 579 billion tenge in the form of dividends to the republican budget;
     
  • 228 billion tenge for financing social projects as part of government directives. The funds were directed towards the construction of medical centres, residential housing for socially vulnerable groups of the population, and other social projects; 
     
  • 105 billion tenge for the gasification of populated areas as part of the implementation of an action plan to ensure economic growth; 
     
  • 272 billion tenge for financing a programme to build rental housing as part of the implementation of an action plan to ensure economic growth; 
     
  • 10 billion tenge for charitable causes (an annual amount allocated to charity); 
     
  • 22 billion tenge in aid to regions affected by floods; 
     
  • 50 billion tenge is planned to be transferred to the «Qazaqstan Khalqyna» Foundation.

It is noted that the payment of additional dividends for 2023 under the government's decision is not envisaged.

At the same time, it has become known that today JSC «Samruk-Kazyna» is implementing 130 investment projects amounting to more than 53.5 trillion tenge.
