A relative of Nurali Aliyev - Ruslan Adaybekov has filed a lawsuit against JSC NC KazMunayGas (KMG). According to him, the national company illegally built a pumping station on his land plot and unlawfully occupied an area of 0.52 hectares.
As reported by "Nege.Aqsha", in court KMG's defence proved that the pumping station began operating after obtaining all necessary permit documents.
According to the lawyers, the station supplies water to the Ak Bulak resort, where the national teams for taekwondo, karate, rhythmic gymnastics, cycling, and Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling train.
They also believe that if the water supply is cut off, the resort would suspend its operations, and more than 100 people would lose their jobs. As a result, at the end of February the Talgar District Court of Almaty Region ruled in favour of the national company.
Incidentally, Ruslan Adaybekov is the brother of Nurali Aliyev's mother-in-law - Leila Adaybekova. His son - Yelnar Adaybekov previously held the position of chairman of the board of JSC Transtelecom, where Aliyev is listed as one of the shareholders.
