In the Mangystau region, a court ordered JSC «Kaskor-Transservice» to transfer the main railway network to state ownership.

According to the press service of the Chief Transport Prosecutor's Office, department employees identified a case of a private company owning the main railway tracks from Mangyshlak station to the Aktau seaport.

At the same time, according to the law, main railway tracks must be in state ownership.

"Given the strategic importance of these facilities and the need for their return to state ownership under the prosecutor's office supervision act, the Ministry of Transport filed a claim with the court", the statement says.

As a result, the specialised inter-district economic court of the Mangystau region fully satisfied the department's claims.
