23.3 billion tenge was under-received by the state due to non-payment of the required cadastral value difference when changing the designated use of land in Almaty.
This was reported on his Facebook page by the executive director of the public association "Adil Zhol" Didar Smagulov.
"<…> what will happen to the 23.3 billion tenge that the state under-received due to violations of the law? So, cunning citizens, when changing the designated use of land and segmenting plots, did not pay the required cadastral value difference", the statement reads.
According to him, the fraudulent practices also led to production losses in the agricultural sector. The public figure said that the akim of Almaty, Erbolat Dosaev, promised to openly show how the court proceedings to recover damages related to these facts will be conducted.
At the same time, Didar Smagulov reported that last year Anticor, the Almaty akimat, and the Land Resources Management Committee (LRMC) conducted monitoring of construction in the foothills within the urban zone and the identification of corruption risks in land issues.
It is reported that as a result, Anticor initiated 16 criminal cases, of which 14 are already at the completion stage.
