Industrial Development Fund, a subsidiary of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan (DBK), will simultaneously pay dividends for 2021 and 2022 and conduct a recapitalisation. The volume of payments and the additional issue are the same — 15.3 billion tenge.
WHAT DIVIDENDS WILL SHAREHOLDERS RECEIVE
For 2021, the fund will pay 7,060.44 tenge per ordinary share. The total volume of payments will be 4.1 billion tenge.
For 2022, the dividend amount is set at 18,874.20 tenge per share. In total, shareholders will receive 11.2 billion tenge.
The expected date for the dividend payment is before 14 May 2026.
HOW THE RECAPITALISATION WILL PROCEED
As reported by National Business Kazakhstan, simultaneously with the announcement of dividends, the fund announced an additional issue. A total of 7,648 ordinary shares will be placed at a price of 2 million tenge per share. The total amount of the placement will be 15.3 billion tenge.
The right of first refusal will be exercised by the parent structure — the Development Bank of Kazakhstan (DBK). The shares are being placed within the declared number.
At the end of February 2026, the fund placed 1,305,343 shares out of the declared 1,436,430. A total of 131,087 shares remained unplaced. After the buyback of the new issue, this number will be reduced to 123,439 shares.
FINANCIAL INDICATORS OF THE FUND
As at the end of February, the equity capital of JSC Industrial Development Fund amounts to 488 billion tenge.
