Founder of the FBRK, journalist Kirill Pavlov, stated that he became the subject of a profile being posted on the website Kyzdar_net, after which he began recording the calls he received.

According to him, over several weeks he received dozens and hundreds of messages with offers of an intimate nature. Pavlov claims that among those who contacted him are police officers and a deputy's assistant.

HOW THE SITUATION AROSE

On his Telegram channel 'Kazakh Chuvash', Pavlov reported that since mid-January a profile with his phone number had been posted on the Kyzdar_net website. He contacted law enforcement authorities regarding the illegal posting of the profile. According to the journalist, in the first few days he received up to 100 calls and messages per day.

Later, the flow of contacts decreased, but individual messages with questions about the possibility of a 'visit' continued to arrive. After an automated response about data being recorded and possible publication in the media, the reactions of some interlocutors became aggressive and were accompanied by offensive language.

WHAT PAVLOV STATED ABOUT THE CALLERS

Pavlov said that he began recording the data of those who contacted him. According to him, the collected database contains information about:

  • a police major with the surname Dairabayev;
  • an employee named Nurlan Sultanov;
  • an employee of the Economic Management Department of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • the assistant of one of the deputies, who previously headed a major agricultural university.

STATEMENT ON LOST APPLICATION

Separately, Pavlov reported that regarding another incident — a case of insult — he also filed a statement, to which was attached an audio recording and the established identity of the applicant. According to him, this statement was lost, and the materials were handed over to an officer who is in hospital.

WHAT IS KNOWN ABOUT KYZDAR_NET

The Kyzdar_net website is known as an internet resource for posting advertisements of an intimate nature. According to information from open sources, the portal has been repeatedly blocked on the territory of Kazakhstan, but has resumed operation under new domain names.

There were also reports of the arrests of top managers of the resource on suspicion of organising online procuring, but criminal cases were dropped due to gaps in legislation or other procedural reasons.
