The Anti-Corruption Agency's Department for the Karaganda Region is searching for a former judge of the region's specialised inter-district economic court, Karlygash Tatkeyeva.
On the website of the legal statistics portal, it is stated that the court is listed as the initiator of the search. The article of the charges against Tatkeyeva has not been disclosed.
According to Kursiv.media, Karlygash Tatkeyeva previously worked as a judge of the specialised inter-district economic court of the Karaganda region and in the court of Astana. She also held the position of adviser to the chairman of the Supreme Court.
Recall that in April, a sentence was announced in Aktau for the former chairman of the city court, Baurzhan Shaydullin, and a private bailiff, Rinat Dzhankhmetov.
They were found guilty of fraud and inciting a defendant to give a bribe in the amount of 20 million tenge. The bribe was intended to secure a lenient sentence. As it became known, the bailiff acted as an intermediary in the transfer of the money.
