The joint-stock company "Kcell" is holding a tender for the purchase of photo and video services. The lot amount is 262,986,236 tenge. The terms of the contract must be fulfilled within one year. It is noted that the tender announcement was published on the electronic procurement portal of JSC "NWF "Samruk-Kazyna".
According to Ratel.kz, the conditions stipulate that the services must include the preparation of a script plan, development of the visual sequence and voiceover text, carrying out necessary filming work, editing, and production of video clips.
Furthermore, the contractor must provide the client with at least five options for a voiceover artist's voice and the same number of options for background music.
"The adaptive version of the video clip for social networks must correspond to the script, graphic design, video sequence, music accompaniment, voice-over and other parameters of the main version of the video clip and must comply with all functional, technical, qualitative and operational characteristics of the main version of the video clip", states the documentation for the lot.
It is also notable that the financial reporting depository indicates that a significant portion of JSC "Kcell" is owned by the state. 51% of the shares of the company are held by JSC "NWF" "Samruk-Kazyna" through JSC "Kazakhtelecom".
