In Shymkent, a driver of a Mercedes car has been held accountable for serious violations of traffic rules and public order. The court sentenced him to administrative arrest for a period of 5 days.
HOW THE VIOLATION WAS DETECTED
According to the Department of Police (DP) of Shymkent city, the offence was detected during patrol operations. It was established that the driver performed dangerous manoeuvres, creating a threat to other road users.
Police officers promptly stopped the offence. The car was placed in an impound lot.
WHAT VIOLATIONS WERE ESTABLISHED
Administrative protocols were drawn up against the driver for several incidents at once. These include:
- creating a hazardous situation;
- failure to comply with signal requirements;
- damage to road infrastructure;
- breach of public order.
WHAT THE COURT DECIDED
By the decision of the Specialised Inter-District Court for Administrative Offences, the driver was found guilty of committing administrative violations. He was sentenced to administrative arrest for a period of 5 days.
