The Anti-Corruption Service has completed its investigation into the Chairman of the Aktau City Court of the Mangistau Region and a private bailiff.
According to the press service of the department, they are accused of fraud and inciting a female defendant to give a bribe of 20 million tenge in exchange for a lighter sentence during the passing of the verdict.
On 5 December, the General Prosecutor's Office referred the case to court.
It will be recalled that the detention of the Chairman of the Aktau City Court for Criminal Cases of the Mangistau Region was reported back in June. At the time, the media suggested that it was Bauyrzhan Shaydullin.
