In Aktau, two teenagers were injured while riding a chain carousel after colliding with a parked car.
According to the Telegram channel «HALYQSTAN» (), witnesses claim that the ride operator did not ensure the safety of the carousel's working area. They say that a GAZelle van was parked literally within the rotation radius of the seats.

The Mangistau Regional Health Department reported that the injured were a 12-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl.
The boy was diagnosed with an open fracture of the medial malleolus and a closed fracture of the talus bone of the foot. The girl suffered a fracture of the metacarpal bone of the hand.

Both children received medical treatment. The boy remains in hospital; his condition is assessed as moderate.
The police have opened a criminal case under Article 306 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan («Violation of safety requirements during the operation of buildings, structures, or vehicles»).
Local residents note that the ride resumed operation the very next day, despite the incident.
For context, in February, a Shymkent court ordered the demolition of the «Qial älemi» amusement park, which was illegally built on leased land instead of a children's centre. During the park's operation, people died there, and all structures were operated without the necessary permits.
