In Kyzylorda, the disruption of a major energy project was prevented: the prosecutor's office secured the signing of an investment contract for the construction of a thermal power plant with a capacity of 240 MW. The project, worth 215 billion tenge, is being implemented with the participation of a foreign investor and provides for the creation of 150 jobs.

PROBLEM AND SOLUTION

In Kyzylorda, the prosecutor's office intervened to resolve a situation that arose during the implementation of the investment project for the construction of a thermal power plant. The problem was the impossibility of providing a full package of technical documentation for the equipment before its actual delivery.

Following the measures taken, the investment contract was signed, which reduced the risks of delays in the project's implementation timeline.

RESOLVED ISSUES

During the project's support, prosecutors promptly resolved six problematic issues that arose during the implementation of the investment project. The materials do not specify what exactly these issues were.

This allowed construction to continue according to the established schedule.
