Mazhilis deputy Bakytzhan Bazarbek accused the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry (MDDIAI) of failing to implement the President's policy.
According to Kursiv.media, Bazarbek accused the MDDIAI of ignoring legal requirements.
“Article 145.1 of the Land Code allows inspectors to initiate electronic inspections, but the MDDIAI does not implement and ignores this provision. I say this because your ministry has still not integrated the systems, as a result of which land inspectors are unable to initiate inspections and notify about them. Who does this benefit?” - he said.
The Mazhilis member noted that deputies instructed the MDDIAI to resolve this issue within a month.
“If you do not do this, I will consider that you are brazenly violating our President’s policy”, - noted the deputy.
Chairman of the Mazhilis Yerlan Koshanov did not ignore his colleague’s emotional statement and reprimanded him.
“Bakytzhan Bazarbek, accusing an entire ministry of failing to implement the President’s policy – these are very serious accusations. It would be more correct to say: ‘The tasks of the head of state have been partially fulfilled’; you need to watch your language”, - emphasised the chairman.
