The municipal state-owned enterprise «Semey City Palace of Culture» has entered into a contract with «TAU Production» sole trader from Talgar to organise the celebration of Nauryz 2026. The head of the company is Almabek Rakhmetov.

CONTRACT AMOUNT AND DEADLINES
The contract amount is 40,473,875 tenge excluding VAT. Payment will be made after the signing of the certificate of services rendered and the submission of supporting documents. The contract is valid until 31 December 2026. The celebration itself is scheduled for 22 March 2026 on the city's central square.
LIST OF SERVICES
The list of services includes the development of the event concept and script, directing and staging work, producer support, the engagement of presenters and performers, as well as technical provision — rental and installation of stage, lighting and sound equipment, screen and laser structures.
Also included are expenses for flights, accommodation and meals for project participants, the production and rental of props and costumes, the organisation of the traditional Nauryz Kozhe meal, and the rental of animals.
TEAM AND EXPENSES
The project team includes a director, a line producer, a technical director, a sound engineer, a lighting designer, a video engineer and other specialists. The work of stylists and makeup artists is provided for separately. Accommodation for the directing and production team is planned for 10 people for up to five days.
