The specialised administrative offences court in Kostanay has fined a kindergarten teacher for assaulting two children.
According to the press service of the city courts, both incidents were recorded in a single administrative case.
"On 23 February, citizen K. assaulted a minor child M., born in 2021, causing physical pain but not resulting in minor harm to health. Also, on 27 February, she intentionally caused minor harm to the health of a minor child Zh., born in 2021, which led to a short-term health disorder", the court reported.
Ultimately, the court found the teacher guilty and imposed an administrative fine of 25 MCI (92,300 tenge). The court ruling has not yet entered into force.
It was previously reported that the teacher was dismissed after a video was circulated on social media.
