At the same time, it was reported that the average salary at West Oil Software LLP was over 700,000 tenge. On the same day, the local court, in a closed hearing without the participation of trade unions, declared the strike illegal.
The then head of KMG, Magzum Mirzagaliyev, stated that the company could not take the striking workers onto its payroll, and the prosecutor's office announced the initiation of a criminal case due to the strike. Later, 7 striking workers were questioned by the police, and the company West Oil Software announced their dismissal.
