The school in Pavlodar region was sold for 213 tenge

At an online auction, the building of a former primary school in the village of Bereke in the Pavlodar region was sold.

"Number of storeys - 1, foundation - concrete, exterior walls - foam blocks, roof - slate, floors - wooden, windows - double casement, doors - simple, wooden, interior finish - whitewash", states the lot description.

The administration of the Dostyk rural district of the city of Aksu had hoped to raise 1.6 million tenge for the structure, which has an area of 92.1 m², but received only 213 tenge.

"Starting price: 1,683,000 tenge. Minimum price: 1.00 tenge. Guarantee deposit: 84,150 tenge. Auction status: Completed. Sale price: 213 tenge", the notice states.

It has been reported that the school was built in 1993. In May 2023, an appraiser from EXPERT Business Consulting KZ LLP valued the building at 561,000 tenge.
