Jewels returned to the state are being prepared for auction

The Company for the Management of Returned Assets (CMRA) LLP has announced an electronic auction featuring 63 pieces of jewellery. 

According to the CMRA press service, the ascending-price auctions will take place on 4, 5, 6 and 7 March on the E-Qazyna platform.

The most expensive lots on the list will be:

  • 'De Beers' white gold earrings with diamonds totalling 6.06 carats. The starting price for the jewellery is 158.1 million tenge;
  • 'Van Cleef & Arpels' white gold chain with diamonds totalling 16.92 carats. Starting price - 55 million tenge;
  • 'Yeprem' white gold ring, adorned with 85 diamonds. Starting price – 14.7 million tenge;
  • 'Yeprem' white gold earrings, adorned with 114 diamonds. Starting price – 9.5 million tenge;
  • 'Frank Muller' white gold chain, adorned with 230 diamonds. Starting price - 7.5 million tenge













For context, at the end of September 2024, the Company for the Management of Returned Assets put up for auction 19 exclusive items: jewellery, wristwatches and collector coins totalling over 414 million tenge

The most expensive lot was the 'Ulysse Nardin Classic 789-80' wristwatch, with a starting price of 214.5 million tenge. It was reported at the time that the model was part of a limited edition of 30 watches.
